SHIPPING POLICY
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the U.S.) 

 Free Domestic Standard Shipping on all orders! 

Priority and Expedited shipping are also available. 

Once your order is complete and payment process, we will ship your item(s) within 2-3 business days, Monday thru Friday. If an order is placed after 1pm Eastern time on Friday, it will be shipped following business day. 

The orders may be delayed during promotions. We are committed to providing you easy and fast experience. 

If selecting expedited shipping before 1pm Eastern time, the order will be shipped the next day.  

Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.

Some orders are shipped with Signature Required unless instructed by client not to do so.  Please leave us a note during checkout.

Refused or Return Shipment: 

If you refuse a shipment from Saffy Jewels or/and have your package return back to Saffy Jewels due for any reason, you ll be held responsible for both the original shipping charge and cost of returning the package to us, or a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase amount whichever is greater.  The amount will be deducted from your total items refund 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders over $85+USD 

All other Countries:  Free International standard shipping on all orders over $250.00.
*** Certain countries are not available at this time.  

All orders are before taxes, duties and fees.  All shipments outside the USA may be subject to taxes and duties based on your country.  The client is responsible for all taxes and duties or fees.  Saffy Jewels are NOT responsible for any fees or duties assess by Custom of your country.  We try our best to avoid duty and custom taxes in the country of destination.  However, we can not predict any additional duties or taxes assess by custom of the destination country.  

We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks by Customs and causing delay and charges.  We are not responsible for the delay caused by destination Customs clearance.

We can ship to most international destinations. When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Borderfree countries, but if you have any questions, concerns or client needs, our client services will be happy to help you. For international orders, we use DHL, UPS or USPS.  International shipping rates are determined during online checkout and are calculated based on a number of factors, including:

  • Destination location/region
  • Shipping level (standard/express):  Free international standard shipping on all orders over $250.00.  
  • Merchandise purchased
  • Weight of item(s)

Personalization Orders: 

For all personalized orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.  If you need place expedited order, please contact Customer Service at help@saffyjewels.com
